4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided. If you do not receive tracking details, check your spam folder or contact us at support@sonderstudio.com.


5. SHIPPING FEES & DUTIES

  • Shipping fees are flat rate unless discounted

6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Sonder is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered."
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us at support@sonderstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.

7. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cannot be modified after checkout.
