LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • LOREZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" Each Parcel requires signature. If you are not there to sign it will be sent to local UPS pick up location. 
  • LOREZ is not responsible for packages that delivery party mishandles, misplace, or goes unfound. Customer MUST FILE CLAIM with postal service
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us at via instantchat or contactlorezonline@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

 

  • Orders can be modified after checkout within 48hrs

SIZING/ RETURNS/EXCHANGE

Customer must leave all tags/ribbons attached. If removed, return with be rejected.

You will be charged for a return label

You will be charged a processing fee of 10% for the return which both will come from your STORE CREDIT balance.

Stains, marks, broken fixings, or rips on item will be deemed damaged and return will be rejected

LOREZ cannot guarentee size switching once item is returned. You may send an item back and your size could be sold out. PLEASE USE SIZE CHART or size up if youre not sure sure with sizing. ITEMS MAY NOT STRETCH
