LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • LOREZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered":
  • LOREZ is not responsible for packages that delivery party mishandles, misplace, or goes unfound. Customer MJST FILE CLAIM with postal service
  • Customer is advised to purchase insurance while checking out
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us at contactlorezonline@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cannot be modified after checkout.
