LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- LOREZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered":
- LOREZ is not responsible for packages that delivery party mishandles, misplace, or goes unfound. Customer MJST FILE CLAIM with postal service
- Customer is advised to purchase insurance while checking out
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us at contactlorezonline@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
